Cannot be combined with any other offer. Homes cleaned longer than 2 weeks prior will be considered an initial cleaning. We do not charge sales tax, we collect it. Philadelphia charges 8%, everywhere else – 6%. An agreement form must be completely filled out and sent to our office prior to the cleaning. Payment is due upon completion of the cleanings.
