Executive Maids Hiring and Training Process Ensure the Most Reliable, Trustworthy and Detailed House Cleaning Technicians Will be Cleaning Your Home
At Executive Maids we take hiring and training very seriously. Qualified applicants are interviewed very carefully. Then we do a full work history background check as well as a criminal history background check. Only applicants who do well at their interviews and have exemplary backgrounds are invited to work with Executive Maids.
The next step in the hiring process is One on One Training. We train them with our trainers until we feel they have mastered the Executive Maids House Cleaning Techniques and System.
Then they are sent out to clean the Solo House Cleaning Technicians. We still consider them in training for a few more weeks.
During this continued training period we do Zoom Inspections after every home the House Cleaning Technician cleans to ensure that you are receiving the best quality house cleanings that are up to the Executive Maids standard of cleaning. The Zoom inspections are meticulous. Our clients love this. Many have said that they love this part of our service. Moreover, no other local cleaning service does this.
Once we feel confident that our new hire is providing amazing, detailed house cleanings in all homes, we continue to do Zoom Inspections randomly everyday. This is, again, ensures the best possible service for our clients who truly do deserve the best house cleanings.
