Our Executive Maids staff are required to work Monday through Friday and must meet in our office at 7:45 AM in full uniform. We work in teams of 3-4 cleaners. Your supervisor will assign you 3-6 homes per day. We take the quality of our work very seriously, and if your work is not done properly, you will be required to go back to the home and touch up the cleaning. Executive Maids provides our staff with both company cleaning supplies and a company vehicle. The basic job duties will be dusting and vacuuming, and deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms. You will need to be able to lift light furniture, kneel, twist, bend down, climb stairs, and use step ladders. Although the work is physical, our cleaners take about 2 weeks to get used to it!
You will be highly trained on the Executive Maid’s way of cleaning which is a thorough and detailed process. You are given one month training time to hit Executive Maids standard of cleaning. Most of our staff have been with us for many years and they will tell you that the owner, Dawn, will be good to you as long as you keep our customer’s happiness your number one priority. I expect the best from my staff – meaning no nonsense on the job and of course honesty and integrity. All of my staff receive a fair and understanding employer who takes the time to get to know each and every team member, and will even provide you with my cell phone number.
