Absolutely! We do a full background check on every employee.  Executive Maids is fully insured for your protection, our cleaners’ protection as well as for our protection. By hiring Executive Maids, you have the peace of mind that we are covered by Liability, Bond and Workmen’s Compensation insurance policies.

We bring the cleaning products and tools needed to clean your home. However, we prefer using our clients’ vacuums and toilet brushes so that we are not cross-contaminating germs between homes.

The Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning will bring your home up to the cleaning standards you are looking for.

The Bi-Weekly cleaning will ensure that you never have to clean your home. And, you will never need a Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning ever again.

Our happiest clients have their home cleaned bi-weekly. This allows for a clean home and most importantly, those nights and weekends once dedicated to cleaning, back in their hands!

No, we are open Monday – Friday during normal business hours. If you have a day or time preference, we will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have.
Our House Cleaning Technicians each generally have two-time slots per day. They are 9 am and 1 pm.

How much notice do you need to get my home cleaned?2022-05-25T10:05:22-04:00

Usually, we need about 1 weeks’ notice, however sometimes we are able to schedule you in sooner.

Does someone have to be home for the cleanings?2022-05-25T10:05:51-04:00

No, our clients who are not home for their cleanings provide us with either a garage code, lockbox code, and/or an alarm code.

The earliest a House Cleaning Technician is between 8:30 – 9:15 am. If possible, we will do our best to accommodate your time preferences.

The time it takes to clean depends on the size and condition of your home. We clean every type of home from small apartments to estates.

Every home needs a different level of cleaning to bring it up to the cleaning standards the homeowner is looking for.

We take whatever time is necessary to clean your home.

Executive Maids accepts all major credit cards – We do not accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, etc.

We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice.

Gratuities are optional, but most clients do provide tips to show their appreciation for the great cleanings provided by their House Cleaning Technicians.

Our clients sign 2 agreements. The Terms and Conditions Agreement basically spells out for you what we are going to clean and how we do business. The Credit Card Authorization Agreement is signed giving us permission to bill your credit card for your cleanings.

Yes. These make great gifts for your family and friends who are having birthdays or anniversaries, having a baby, buying a new home or moving into a new apartment, are sick or in the hospital, graduating from college. Most homeowners want their entire home cleaned. However, we can customize your cleaning to only clean the rooms that you need cleaned.

No. Laundry is not in the scope of our services.

Do you sanitize your cleaning cloths and mops?2022-05-25T10:15:15-04:00

Yes, our cleaning cloths go through a deep sanitation process before being used in your home. We will not bring dirty cleaning cloths or dirty mop covers into your home.

How does your Quality Control System work?2022-05-25T10:17:09-04:00

We offer 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE for your house cleanings. With the zoom inspections that we do of your cleanings, we are confident that you will never find a gross oversight after we have cleaned your home.

However, since you are hiring humans, not computers, you may find a minor oversight now and then. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, as long as you call us within 24 hours of your cleaning, we will come back to clean the oversight to make sure you are completely satisfied with your house cleaning.
