Since many factors exist when it comes to gauging the amount of time it takes to clean a home, we charge hourly for all initial cleanings. Your first cleaning typically costs more than a recurring maintenance cleaning since its the first deep clean. Our first-time cleanings are top-to-bottom thorough, which means we clean behind and under things. You know, those areas that, as a homeowner, you don’t have time to keep up with yourself.

For initial cleanings, we offer the Top to Bottom Deluxe VIP Cleaning and the Basic General Cleaning.  With both services, Executive Maids will do a deep, thorough cleaning and sanitizing of your bathrooms and kitchen.  We will detail dust your furniture.  And we will vacuum carpeted areas and clean all hard surface flooring.

The difference between the two options for your initial cleaning is the periphery dusting.  What is periphery dusting?  It includes: baseboards, windowsills, ceiling fans, light fixtures, doors, door frames, mini blinds and pictures on the walls.

During the Top to Bottom Deluxe VIP Cleaning we will hand wipe all periphery dusting. During the Basic General Cleaning we will use an ostrich feather duster to dust the periphery dusting.

Some homes need hand wiping while others just need dusting.  The thickness of the dust level in your home will determine whether your needs hand wiping or feather dusting.

Larger homes take longer to clean than smaller homes. Cluttered homes take more time; organized homes take less. Every home is different and that is why we take into consideration the information supplied before submitting a “regular basis” cleaning estimate. Pricing is adjusted in the event of a job taking longer or shorter than estimated.

These cleanings tend to take less time than initial cleanings. For that reason, our fees are based on home size, the number of occupants, and pets. The frequency of cleanings can also affect the fees you may be charged.
